Opening times:
The department of Consular Affairs is opened to the public from 8:00 to 12:00 Monday to Friday, expect at Public Holidays.

The Embassy can be contacted by telephone from 08.00h till 16.30h.

The department of Consular Affairs provides the following services:

• Visa applications 
• Legalization of documents
• Passport applications
• Consular declarations
• Residence visa’s (MVV)
• Other consular related issues

For visa applications, legalizations and passport applications a lead-time of minimal 2 weeks is needed before giving a decision.
