Documents need to be legalized by the proper authorities in order to be legally valid in the Netherlands. For Angolan documents this means following:

• Legalized by the conservatorio or issuing authority
• Legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mirex)
• Legalized by this Embassy

For Dutch documents to be valid in Angola this means following:

• Legalized by the issuing authority
• Legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Hague
• Legalized by the Angolan Consulate General in Rotterdam

This Embassy can NOT legalize Dutch documents to be valid in Angola
